Chris and his team compelwted a job for us earlier in the year which we were very happy with. We had another issue later in the year, Chris and his team made themselves available immediately, and were able to indentify the issue, repair and finish to a high standard!

I am truly impressed with the creativity and workmanship of London Elite Traders Ltd. The team completely understood my vision and turned it into reality, delivering an office design that went far beyond my expectations. The reception area is warm and welcoming, while the work areas are smartly designed to be both functional and stylish. A fantastic job from start to finish!

Chris and his team were great to work with and I'd highly recommend their professionalism and craftsmanship. They took a few weeks to fit my new kitchen and radiators, and were excellent about making sure that the poor electrics that had been left in the flat were replaced and brought up to spec. They kept in contact with me and were flexible and diligent about finding ways to keep to our design. I'll be using them for any work that needs doing in the future!

I didn't get my kitchen fitted by them. However I did have an issue with my current kitchen and when I called Chris he responded straight away. And tried to help the issue.

Overall great work on a total refurbishment of my apartment. Pros: excellent work and final outcome; good communication with Chris; excellent and knowledgeable team of carpenters, electricians, plumbers, etc.; alerted me quickly of careless approach of painter I hired (not protecting floor, light fixtures, etc.); great ideas and suggestions; quickly grasped what I wanted and understood the expected outcome; quickly addressed mistakes. Cons: Significant cost increases from first quote to final amount, many of which I agreed to, but many others from poor planning as well as starting work on things before I had agreed to them; disorganised -- clear lack of communication between Chris and his sub-contractors that led to several significant mistakes (although these were quickly dealt with once they were made aware); my close supervision was needed throughout the project to catch these mistakes early; many items were ordered twice and LET was not able to get promised discounts on items ordered from sites they suggested and told me they could obtain at lower price; unrealistic timelines -- deadlines slipped by several months. As mentioned, overall the work done was very high quality and the result is exactly what I was looking for. A few suggestions for working with LET: order items yourself, continuously check costs and totals to make sure all aligns, make sure to visit your property from time to time to catch any mistakes early.
